at the Button Farm Living History Center

See how people lived on an 1850s Maryland farm.

Walking tours featuring the Button Farmhouse, Museum Gardens & CSA , Civil War-era barn, slave quarters replica and cemetery, Underground Railroad mosaic by Sarah Stout.

In the Farm Skills area: hands-on activities: history displays & artifacts, 19th century games, cider press, "spirit bottles" workshop with Marianne Ross, food and fun for all ages.

At 1:30 p. m. and 3:30 p. m.

Music by "emma's revolution" (Pat Humphries and Sandy O), John Lennon songwriting award winners whose songs set new standards in music of social justice. "Smart, funny, and informative. Like Rachel Maddow and Jon Stewart with guitars".
